1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and 444gk ("the Company", "444gk", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 444gk online platform, including all associated games, sports betting markets, payment services, and customer support available at 444gk.app and any related domains or applications operated by the Company.

By accessing the 444gk website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 444gk Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 444gk platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on 444gk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 444gk strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. This restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, including under any self-exclusion arrangement you have established with 444gk.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your circumstances.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 444gk or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.

444gk reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 444gk will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

Where 444gk has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the Company will immediately suspend that account, withhold all winnings, and retain all deposits made while the account was active pending a full investigation. Deposits will be returned only where the player can provide conclusive evidence of eligibility.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 444gk products and services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under your own name or under a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 444gk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 444gk will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. Any request purportedly from 444gk asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility. 444gk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 444gk support immediately so that the account can be secured.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to fair play and player protection, 444gk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving withdrawals or at any other stage deemed appropriate by the Company. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

444gk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to 444gk during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information — including the use of a false name, a date of birth that misrepresents your age, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

444gk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered 444gk account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed on the cashier page within the 444gk platform. Deposits are generally credited to your 444gk balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. 444gk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. 444gk aims to process withdrawal requests within one to two hours for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

444gk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a KYC review is pending. A minimum account balance sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount and any applicable fees must be maintained at the time of the request.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 444gk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Amounts displayed throughout the platform, including balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonuses, are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. 444gk does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

4.5 Player Funds

Funds deposited into your 444gk account are held for the purpose of funding your gaming activity on the platform. These funds do not accrue interest. 444gk maintains player funds separately from operational funds to provide an additional layer of protection. In the event of insolvency of the Company, player funds may be subject to the claims of creditors and are not guaranteed in full.

5. Betting and Casino Game Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 444gk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail for that product.

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 444gk system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds or game parameters — before confirming any wager.

5.2 Sports Betting

444gk offers sports betting on cricket (including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, tennis, and other sports as listed within the sportsbook. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a match being abandoned, voided, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with 444gk's specific event rules published within the sportsbook.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds in live markets change rapidly to reflect developments during a match. 444gk accepts in-play bets subject to the availability of the relevant market. The Company reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets at any time where data integrity issues, technical problems, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

5.4 Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino games available on 444gk, including video slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, andar bahar, teen patti), and crash games, are provided by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are operated by trained live dealers. Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.

5.5 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, 444gk reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. The Company will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such malfunctions. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

444gk may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion on the 444gk platform. These general bonus terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and minimum odds or game contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Players must meet the wagering requirement within the specified time limit; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

444gk employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once; systematically exploiting promotions through low-risk hedging strategies; using bonus funds in a manner designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational play intent; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and their account may be permanently closed.

6.3 Modifications to Promotions

444gk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company further reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional offer where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion has been claimed in breach of its terms or these Terms and Conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444gk platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted by 444gk.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, card games, or any other gaming format offered on 444gk.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform component. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known or exploited error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 444gk platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity, or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back a deposit through your payment provider after using the associated funds for gambling activity on 444gk.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 444gk customer support.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that corrupts the integrity of the sporting events offered within the sportsbook.
• Accessing 444gk using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to obscure your true location or identity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 444gk account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you are advised to withdraw any remaining balance. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with their normal outcome, and any resulting winnings will be paid to the withdrawal method on file. Once an account is closed at the player's request, any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 444gk

444gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to satisfy eligibility requirements; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; inability to verify player identity or age; receipt of a valid self-exclusion request; or any other reason that 444gk determines warrants account action in the interests of the player, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by 444gk for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine remaining balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 444gk will notify the registered contact details of the account holder before any dormancy administration fee is applied. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be detailed in the current fee schedule published on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444gk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 444gk platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions or connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions;
• Interruptions, errors, or downtime affecting access to the platform or any specific game or market;
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies (including the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, or any other body) that affect the settlement of bets placed on the 444gk sportsbook.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 444gk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444gk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

444gk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at 444gk.app/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, 444gk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 8.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 444gk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444gk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
